What if a render fails?
A confirmed failed render returns the video credit. If the provider response is unclear, the task stays under review so it cannot be billed twice.
How are my files handled?
Files are private. Local drafts expire after 30 minutes. Uploaded inputs are kept for up to 24 hours and results for 6 days. Pruna processes the inputs; SeeAPI reviews inputs and outputs.
